These simple guidelines protect the calm, safety, and privacy of every visit.
Booking & payment
Sessions are reserved online with no upfront payment. Payment is due at the start of your session by card, contactless, or cash. Rates start at $150 per hour and are listed on the Services page.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Reschedule or cancel any time up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
No-shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be declined for future bookings. Please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up — I'm happy to reschedule.
Late arrivals
A 30-minute buffer is kept between sessions to protect everyone's privacy and calm. If you arrive late, your session ends at its originally scheduled time so the next guest isn't affected.
Conduct & consent
All sessions are strictly platonic and fully clothed. Any romantic, sexual, or suggestive behavior will result in the session ending immediately and no refund. Consent is required for any physical contact, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Confidentiality
Your visit is private. Names and details of clients are never shared. The exact suite address is only provided to confirmed clients in their booking email.
Not a substitute for care
Comfort sessions are restorative companionship, not therapy or medical treatment. If you're in crisis, please contact a licensed provider or emergency services.
Safety
The space is monitored by professional-grade safety systems. The practitioner reserves the right to decline or end any session if safety or comfort is compromised for either party.
